Reason 1

If it is more important to you to conform to the expectations of others than to focus on your individual qualities, then I am not the person for you. I am not one for conventional knowledge and general best practices.   

My creative and personal approach will go further than dogmatic frameworks and approaches. I will focus on your unique needs and strengths. No rigidly boxed approach and prescribed actions. But tailor made and flexibility. 

I will encourage you to think outside the box, coming up with innovative solutions along the way to truly find your personal path. 

Reason 2

You will be challenged to go out of your comfort zone. I will nudge you to stretch yourself and achieve your goals. Even when it is uncomfortable. Because that is where growth happens. 

Having had vast experience with being uncomfortable and out of my comfort zone, be it voluntary or not, I will be your trusting companion on your journey.

Owning your strengths sounds like a bridge too far? I will support you in gaining the confidence you need to own your strengths, expertise and qualities.  

Stop playing yourself down and grow into that beautiful human being that you are meant to be. You don’t have to be on stage to claim your spotlight.

If you like a formal and serious companion, let’s not work together. Because having fun along the way makes learning so much easier! Change can be quite intense.  

When we go in-depth with your truest feelings, fears and desires it can get emotional and that requires energy. That is why I provide a lighthearted approach to implementing change.

Being in control sounds great, how has that worked for you so far? This process with me is about letting go of control and trust. 

I will empower you to take ownership of your life and make choices that align with your values and goals. That might mean that you are going to do something that can feel scary as *. 

Rest assured that I will be there as your co-pilot along the way.

We will not wade the shallow waters, I go deep. Staying at the surface will not bring you any further.  

I am an open book, and look at vulnerability as a strength, not as a weakness. I will inspire you to go deep to the root of the feeling. And no worries, I will make sure you will remain afloat in the process, and we will end up ashore together.

Looking for someone willful, brash, and confrontational? Please look further. 

Instead, I will approach you with compassion and by providing a safe space to experiment and learn. Because you need time to process and grow into your new perspective. There will be enough challenges by looking in the mirror and owning up to the unhelpful stories that you told yourself.
